Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs welding processes on aluminum and steel parts and assemblies to required tolerances using welding metals and metal alloys. Determines layouts and welds parts and assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience.
Must possess Weld Certification.
Required Skill/ technologies and qualifications:
Ability to tig weld tubes of different alloys (aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, Inconel, copper) Aluminum down to .032" thickness and titanium down to .028" thickness.
Able to perform chamber welding, turn table manual, and orbital welding. The individual will have to pass tests plates to become certified to weld.
Required Non-technical skills:
Individual must be able to communicate issues immediately, work well with others, ask for help, but also be able to keep up with the high rate of production we perform.
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $35.00-$47.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
