Schedule:
50 Hrs/per week, 10hr days, which may need to be extended to 12-hour day/night shift during critical start-up activities. 12 hours per shift to align with team shift pattern, 7D - 7N - 4 Break. Start of shift will be communicated closer to critical start-up activities.
Contract Term:
12 months possible extension
Job Purpose
The Logistic focal point for T/A event is responsible for the overall requirement to supply the T/A Organization with materials and logistical facilities and services. This includes temporary tools, consumable storage and facilities.
Dimensions
Responsibility taken over by a Logistic engineer working part time with the T/A preparation team to ensure all support are provided to achieve the T/A premises
In this role, He/She has a functional reporting line to the T/A event manager and /or the T/A coordinator
Scope of role includes all aspects of TA preparation planning and execution, from strategy definition to lookbacks for learnings and future planning.
He/ she interfaces with all functions within OU to ensure Logistic needed during T/A is managed in accordance with the best practices and applicable standards.
Is the Logistic focal point for all scope undertaken during the event. Provides clear support and direction to the TA teams for his discipline.
Coordinate and identify staging and deliverables base on applicable job sites.
Initiate necessary permits outside operating areas related to Turnaround activities, if qualified.
Participate in reviews of the work scope, plans and schedules to ensure Logistic requirement are understood and included in the plans
Provides input on available rental equipment and capabilities and assists in the development of T/A equipment and tooling requirements.
Develops Plot Plan for placement of all temporary facilities and arrange utility hook-ups.
Develop Cranage Plot Plan for placement/usage of all cranes.
Food/Catering. Work with contractor to ensure that any food/catering contacts are cleared for site and schedules and locations remain compliant with overall plan
Report Costs. Provide necessary cost impacts related to logistical services.
Portable Toilets and Sanitation. Work with contractor to ensure all necessary locations are identified for needs and service contracts are set up to maintain these facilities during the Pre and TA windows.
"Waste Management and Control. Ensure waste management service contracts are in place and are being properly executed during the TA window. Ensure placement of dumpsters are in accordance with overall logistics plan and are efficiently capable of being removed and replaced.
Ensures environmental plan (waste disposal, lead/asbestos abatement, frac tanks, vac trucks, etc) is executed safely and efficiently."
Key Challenges
Ensure enough time and priority is allocated to support T/A team while managing day to day activities
Ensures adequate Logistic site resources are provided and integrated into the preparation activites as per the preparation T/A milestone

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $65-74 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
