The Trainer-Intermediate position plays a pivotal role in creating immersive and impactful learning experiences that drive organizational success. This position is centered on designing and delivering dynamic training solutions that engage learners and meet strategic goals. From developing interactive eLearning modules and visually compelling presentations to crafting concise quick-reference guides and microlearning videos, the Training Analyst ensures each learning asset resonates with its audience.

Utilizing proven adult learning methodologies, such as the ADDIE model, the Trainer-Intermediate position collaborates with subject matter experts to build innovative and practical training programs. They also moderate engaging virtual training sessions and continuously explore new techniques to elevate learner engagement and retention.

In addition to content creation, the Trainer-Intermediate position will manage training logistics such as enrollments and attendance via the internal Learning Management System and provides actionable insights through data visualization tools like PowerBI. Proficiency of eLearning software (such as Articulate 360, Canva Pro, Murf.Ai) is required. Strong proficiency with all Microsoft 365 applications (such as Lists, Forms. SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel) would be beneficial. The role requires exceptional organizational, problem-solving and time/project management skills. Experience in large-scale organizations or familiarity with government or procurement processes is an asset. Per worker model below this is a On site role.
Working Hours/location:
Work is scheduled Monday to Friday ONSITE with start time of 8: 15 to 4: 30. This includes a one hour lunch break from 12: 00 to 1: 00 (7.25 hours/day)


Standard Background check required.


Mandatory Training Courses:
Once hired the resource will be required to complete all mandatory training which includes but not limited to Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Security/Cybersecurity, Information Management, and Respect in the Workplace. There may also be other mandatory and/or optional training.

Equipment requirements:
Desktop and monitor will be provided.
In the event that, the Contracted Resource is directed to work in-person, the Province shall provide the requisite office space, Computer, furniture and office supplies. The Province shall continue to ensure that the Contractor s resources have the necessary access and credentials to the companies system.
