Roles and Responsibilities:

we are looking for an individual that is familiar with performing Cybersecurity on systems via the implementation of relevant security controls.



This position will require contractor to be onsite 80% of the time. Please only submit candidates that are local to the Orlando, FL site.



Seeking a Cyber Systems Security Engineer who will be responsible for identification and analysis of the cyber-attack surfaces and will implement the relevant cybersecurity controls on MFC products. The individual will be responsible for performing cybersecurity maintenance, to include continuous monitoring, security updates, patching, and hardening. The engineer will also be responsible for providing cybersecurity oversight our Systems and Software teams and providing the necessary documentation and artifacts to support and maintain any ATOs for MFCs products.



Other responsibilities can include:

Providing embedded System Security Engineering design and implementation in all aspects of System Security Engineering (SSE) process in development of Department of Defense (DoD) Weapon Systems

Assessing and mitigating System Security threats/risks throughout the embedded Weapon System development life cycle

Validating System Security Engineering requirements decomposition, allocation and analysis for Test Systems

Implementing System Security Engineering solutions hardware and software

Verifying implementation of system security requirements

Analyzing weaknesses, vulnerabilities and threats against System Security posture on product designs



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Level 2: BS+3-5 YRS or MS+0-3 YRS

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

Cybersecurity

Systems Security

Systems Analysis & Design

Familiarity with STIGs and System Hardening

Familiarity with Cyber tools such as Ansible, SCC, Nessus/ACAS



DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

3-5 Years of Cybersecurity Engineering experience

3-5 Years of Systems Engineering experience

Systems Development

SOP/Process Creation

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $50.00-54.04 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
