Roles and Responsibilities:
This role will require onsite support full-time at our Missiles and Fire Control headquarters in Grand Prairie, TX working a 4/10 Flex schedule. Contractor can work partially remote but must be available to come onsite when needed.

We are seeking a talented engineer that enjoys holistic system thinking to support the system design and requirements (SDR) through the development, integration and verification activities for integration programs that take the PAC-3 MSE Missile Segment and extend its functionality to other combat systems.
What You ll Do:
Work with interdisciplinary subject matter experts to analyze and document system requirements in DOORS
Assist with system architecture analysis using tools like Cameo to assess and capture system use cases, interfaces, timing, and designs
Capture verification artifacts to support Functional Configuration Audit (FCA)
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering (Undeclared), Mechanical Engineering, Other STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathmatics) degrees considered.
3 + years working experience in DOORS
3 + years Hands-on experience with Cameo
Broad technical acumen to apply to complex system thinking
Familiarity with system design concepts and tradeoffs
Desire to learn detailed missile/ground system/fire control theory and operation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment
Desired Skills:
Experience with C++, MATLAB is a plus
Familiarity with fundamentals of missile system concepts
Prior experience with DoD projects, particularly Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3)/IAMD is a plus

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $62.00-72.40 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
