Job Description


The candidate will coordinate the planning and execution of integration projects across Sustainment. The projects will vary between the development of supporting tools, coordinating/executing DR targets, workforce planning, reporting metrics, Earned Value Excellence, organizational change/maturation, and affordability initiatives. The candidate will analyze, coordinate, and manage Sustainment usage of DRs (Overhead, New Business Funds, IT expenses, and Capital Investments) across Sustainment teams/companies. A holistic Sustainment DR picture will be developed with recommendations provided to Sustainment leadership for successfully achieving targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Selected candidate will be responsible for providing sustainment program support to include integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment plan creation and repair support requirements for the lifecycle of the product. Oversees repairs, incorporates modifications, and implements program initiatives of fielded M-TADS and Longbow FCR systems and related subassemblies in accordance with (IAW) specific engineering specifications. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. May serve as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or data on system support and repair progress. Performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Other analysis may include interface studies, timeline and requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability.



Specific Job Description

Supports depot-level repairs, modifications, and refurbishments of LONGBOW FCR and M-TADS Systems

Facilitates and coordinates the repair, rework, fault isolation, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing of mechanical, electrical, and structural subsystems, as well as complete systems

Performs work in compliance with all engineering drawings, schematics, test requirements, repair procedures, quality assurance requirements, environmental safety and health directives, foreign object debris (FOD) and electro-static discharge (ESD) protocols, and information systems (IS) security postures

Documents and updates repair workflows, progress, and results in maintenance data collection systems IAW Apache Fire Control processes and procedures

Provides technical feedback on electro-mechanical components to promote reliability improvements

Performs limited supply duties (load/unload assets from shipping containers) and operates overhead hoists

Works with hazardous materials and chemicals, utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

Candidate must be capable obtaining a Special Government clearance

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Level 2: BS+3-5 YRS or MS+0-3 YRS



Basic REQUIRED Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs

Ability to understand policies and procedures for the control of Government Property

Ability to lift 35 pounds

Ability to work with hazardous materials



Desired Skills

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related degree.

Knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies, cable-and-harness, and circuit card assemblies (CCA)

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test/repair procedures

Ability to interpret industry standards and military specifications

Knowledge/Experience in system trouble-shooting and fault isolation methods

Experience with supporting/maintaining military hardware

Experience using AMS (Asset Management System)

Knowledge and experience in material movement practices

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $40.000-49.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
