Job Description


The candidate will coordinate the planning and execution of integration projects across Sustainment. The projects will vary between the development of supporting tools, coordinating/executing DR targets, workforce planning, reporting metrics, Earned Value Excellence, organizational change/maturation, and affordability initiatives. The candidate will analyze, coordinate, and manage Sustainment usage of DRs (Overhead, New Business Funds, IT expenses, and Capital Investments) across Sustainment teams/companies. A holistic Sustainment DR picture will be developed with recommendations provided to Sustainment leadership for successfully achieving targets.



Seeking a Sustainment Engineer for a position in Orlando, Florida at the ATWS LSE Depot. Candidate will perform day-to-day USG supply chain management & shipping activities on ATWS contracts. Candidate will have daily interface with various ATWS teams to support sensor and circuit card repair actions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

Executes decisions on repairs for suppliers to ensure promised delivery dates for customer requirements

Support for spares and repair parts requirements, assuring sufficient inventory to support mission requirements, while balancing lifecycle cost affordability

Support the completion of purchase orders for supplier agreements

Processing repair inductions and closures for sensors and/or circuit card repairs

Performing annual physical inventory and reconciliation of GFE repair parts/tools.

Supporting process improvement initiatives

Supporting the processing of obsolete hardware for scrap disposition

Supports proposal requests and provisioning determinations

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree from an accredited college

Special Clearance required to start

On-site work only



Desired skills:

Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word) to include embedded formulas and pivot tables to develop routines and/or models

Experience in supply support, stock control, defense industry

Excellent communication skills, demonstrated presentation experience

Familiarity with statistical analysis and current modeling tools and techniques

Experience or familiarity in any risk management or obsolescence

Ability to establish priorities to meet contractual requirements/metrics

Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $30.00-40.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
