Job Description


If you are selected as the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support category leads with producing and executing supply chain and contracting strategies, plans, and deliverables. Your position will be responsible for supporting the category leads with contract negotiations (MSAs and Call-Off Orders), bid preparations, data analytics / cleanup, and expediting support.

Your Responsibilities May Include:
Strategy Development & Plan work with category leads to develop sourcing strategies and tactical execution plan for assigned categories.
Partner with category leads to review key category & market factors to determine optimal sourcing strategy
Support category lead with development of work plans and landmark schedules
Identify and participate in continuous improvement and market intelligence practices to drive efficiencies and cost reductions.
SOURCING partner with category leads to develop bid tenders & negotiation templates and lead efforts to solicit commercial offerings. Lead ad hoc and emergency requirements.
CONTRACTING negotiate and maintain contractual terms and conditions utilizing Master Service Agreements (MSA's), Purchase Orders (PO s), Outline Agreements (OLA s) and other contractual terms and conditions as necessary
Create and execute Call-Off Orders to facilitate the NextGen rollout in January 2025
Examine Outline Agreements (OLAs) and data for uniformity and provide suggestions to enhance data analytics capabilities.
Support category leads with requisition creation.

Basic/Required Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Degree in supply chain, business, or related technical discipline preferred
3 plus years of experience in supply chain management supporting capital projects / new production facility or infrastructure construction
Intermediate level of proficiency conducting RFP s, sourcing evaluations, and post-award contract management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualification:

5 plus years of supply chain management experience supporting capital projects / new production facility or infrastructure construction
Bachelor s degree in supply chain, business, or related technical discipline
Intermediate level of GEP experience
Intermediate level of proficiency in technical and commercial analytics and evaluations

Education
: HS Diploma/GED; Bachelor s degree in supply chain, business, or related technical discipline preferred

Work Schedule:
9-80 Schedule (9Hr Days) - 5 days on / 2 days off

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
