This individual works closely with globally located aftermarket customers, and internal personnel, and will manage and resolve technical and contractual problems on Accounts of moderate scope. Typically works with the support of a mentor and refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance. This individual supports Aircraft Services (EMFAS) in the effort to sustain and grow our business with Airlines and MRO related companies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Functions and Responsibilities
Acts as primary customer contact on assigned accounts.
Establishes customer rapport to facilitate company objectives and customer satisfaction.
In coordination with EMFAS Marketing, this person leads proposal development.
Coordinates gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements.
Provides general coordination, timelines, and objectives for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations.
Participates in or develops mechanisms for establishing, monitoring and integrating project elements, product configuration and communications concerning change management processes and decisions.
Negotiates project changes and incorporates changes into project control systems to maintain work statements, cost and schedule baselines.
Transitions projects to production and leads and documents lessons learned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor s degree.
Having a demonstrated ability interpret and apply technical knowledge for both engineering and contractual related information.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
Attention to detail and accuracy are position critical.
Leadership, problem solving, and computer skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interfacing with customers located around the world.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $120, 000- $130, 000 per year; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
