Purpose

Implementation of the ERP (SAP Blueprint) is a core foundation for LNGC Canada. ERP implementations are inherently complex due to the integrated nature of the set-up of SAP and its connected landscape, large volumes of master data to be created, the requirement to embed strategic decisions in large volumes of planning data and the size of the deployment. As such the project team is looking for an individual with experience in this landscape to help the LNGC asset achieve its goal of a seamless and integrated SAP implementation.

The SAP Program requires a Business Analyst/Trainer focusing on providing process documentation to enable end user training and change management support. The person needs to be a self starter with initiative and good writing skills.

Principal Accountabilities

Deliver process documentation to support end user training:

Create / update process map diagrams and documentation (slides and documents)

Create training delivery documentation

Support development of training materials, job aids and videos to support a successful LNG Canada SAP Deployment.

Supporting the management of templates in use for training, job aids, quick reference guides, newsletters to ensure consistent and quality communications

Prepare for end user training delivery:

Supporting key business resources to define training requirements

Plan training delivery requirements and schedules

Maintain stakeholder lists including detailed lists of user groups, users and their training

Support user training activities

Support management of training schedule and report End User Training schedule and completion

Ensure Training materials and Job Aids are prepared and tested before Training date

Maintain Training Matrix and up-to-date Training Materials

Support solution change / process improvement:

Work with key business resources to define requirements, includes all business processes in scope and the solution is SAP to accompanied with digital and mobile technology

Support creating the Test Plan, Support Test Execution throughout program milestones

Experience and Qualifications

Education/Skills/Experience:

Degree or Technical diploma in IT, Engineering, Business, or similar field project management / or relevant business area experience (eg. FI, MSC, Maintenance)

IT solution delivery experience / Business Analyst experience (+5 years)

Familiar with Project Delivery Framework (PDF or industry equivalent) leveraging agile and waterfall methodology (desirable)

Ability to manage business changes in the IT project execution

Past Asset Operations organization experience (desirable)

Direct experience with SAP and applicable modules (desirable): FI (Finance), MSC (Manage Supply Chain), CP (Contract Procurement)

Knowledge of other SAP modules

Knowledge of Finance end to end business processes

Experience in implementing solutions for SAP with connected applications (desirable)

Expertise in identifying and resolving business process issues

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:

Self starter, driven, team player that can effectively work virtually in diverse, cross-functional teams

Delivery and quality focused, track record of producing quality technical documentation using Microsoft tools

Proven stakeholders (internal and external partners) engagement and communication skills, excellent communication, coaching skills

Collaboration with other teams and projects and within the SAP end to end process

Pay Range:

-The pay range for this position is $85-110 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
