Provides administrative support to Business Line (BL) Recruiting Coordinators, BL Campus Recruiting Teams and Ambassador Teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Schedules interviews, works with universities in support of campus activities, attraction/sourcing events, etc.
Assists all recruiting participants with various administrative tasks.
Provides logistics support to all recruiting related events.
Provides transition and support coverage between recruiting coordinators and recruiting consultants.
Works with Recruiting Associates on various recruiting transactional activities (e.G., candidate reimbursements, invoice handling).
Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
Can potentially supervise others, is expert in the field and have extensive experience in this area of work.
Scope of Work specific to this Assignment:
Resume searches, resume screening, candidate profiling and databasing.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
College degree in related field or High School Diploma with 5 years of related experience.
Low Carbon Solutions experience a plus
Proficient in MS Office.
Administrative skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Please Note:
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
