Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


Manage and track expenses in Talent Acquisition

Prepare and submit Requests for Payment (RFP) forms

Create Purchase Orders for Talent Acquisition vendors and meet with our buyer weekly

Make credit card payments and reconcile the charges appropriately, as needed

Follow up with Accounts Receivable department for payment discrepancies

Track and assist in the management of Employee Referral Challenge program

Manage and respond to Glassdoor and Indeed reviews

Add relevant social media content to our Glassdoor Company Page and keep company information up to date.

Lead the Career Fair Materials Project

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in a related field

Well-developed interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships with managers, other HR staff and represent Moog positively in various settings inside and outside the organization

Ability to work independently, making proactive and autonomous decisions to keep processes moving effectively

Execute tasks from TA Leadership Team with minimal guidance

Enjoy working in a high-volume, sometimes ambiguous environment

Ability to multi-task

Experience working with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking System will be helpful

Some background in finance, submitting RFPs and reconciling charges, preferred

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $22.00-26.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
