Pay Rate: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
This position will work primarily in a physical wet chemistry lab for our seed treatment and crop protection production facility. This position would be responsible for:
- Inspection of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods using established test methods
- Calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
- Effective communication of batch results to the appropriate personnel
- Reporting of non-conformances related to quality
- Generation and maintenance of records related to product quality
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Laboratory testing to support Quality Analyst on day-to-day projects
- Preparation of media for use in both laboratories
- Microbial Testing and Plate Reading
- Assist in plant swabbing program
- Autoclaving of glassware and solutions

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor s in Chemistry or High School Diploma
Requirements:
- SAP or other manufacturing software experience preferred.
- Previous Quality Control experience preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Chemistry OR Bachelor s degree in a scientific discipline with 1 year of experience with wet chemistry lab techniques.
