Project Manager capable of managing engineering firm doing the engineering design, gathering site stakeholders input and reviews and managing construction contractors when a project goes into construction. Preferably an engineering background. Will need to perform standard project management skills such as maintaining a project schedule, accurate cost forecasts and actual cost tracking and coordination between all parties involved in the project. Projects will range from <$1M to $10MM.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
8+ years of experience construction project management
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is 93.00-115.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
