Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Support various project teams and providing engineering, process evaluations, process development, operating procedures, equipment selection, and project support.



  • Leveraging educational and professional background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering to champion project scope development and ensure basic engineering completeness while applying techniques that add value.



  • Deep commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace and ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and technical standards.



  • Experienced in the design and development of industrial / laboratory equipment that utilize sophisticated specialty gas delivery systems, high temperature heating and advanced controls.



  • Develop technical packages that include P&IDs, equipment layouts, specifications of components in full compliance with applicable industry standards.



  • Generate RFQ packages for competitive bidding, review of vendor submittals and work with procurement to purchase necessary equipment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements



Bachelor s in Chemical Engineering



Requirements:



  • Ideal candidate would be a Chemical Engineer with "controls" background/experience as well as design and development.



  • Good familiarity with industrial laboratory equipment such as benchtop ovens, furnaces, mixers, scales.



  • In depth knowledge of small-scale specialty gas operations and gas delivery systems



  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment



  • Working knowledge of an ERP and SAP systems (procurement or project modules) is a plus

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.



Pay Rate:
The pay range for this position is $82.00 - $83.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
