Roles and Responsibilities
Effectively and accurately coordinate and communicate meeting decisions and key project deliverables (e.G. Request for Proposal (RFPs), bidding process/evaluation, Release POs/PREQs, contracts, reports, presentations, regulatory documents (QCIP, CHOC/HASP, etc.).
o Create and track purchase orders, justifications of awards and change orders utilizing SAP and Ariba.
Partner with Project Manager to ensure the project meets schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Provide independent analysis and consistent follow-up with all relevant stakeholders to drive completion of project deliverables, action items, and objectives.
o Development of Project Request forms including SIC decks, FRM decks, etc.
o Development of Project Execution Plans (Phase I and Phase II)
Track and provide oversight of document management, change management, action and decision logs, risk logs and governance materials in accordance with Generation policies and procedures.
o Manage UMT360 project data (excluding financials, milestones/dependencies)
o Manage all project SharePoint sites (set up projects, upload/download official project documents, etc.)
o Manage eDMRM repository for final project documentation storage
o Create user access and profiles and set up projects in e2020; Help new users navigate the e2020 tool
Assist management is creating new processes, policies and procedures in the Project Controls space
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma OR GED required
Oral and written communication skills
Regularly asks for immediate feedback to ensure understanding.
Proactively feed information upward to keep management well informed.
Encourages cooperation, participation, and knowledge sharing.
Presents material in a clear, concise, organized, and engaging style.
Effectively plans, organizes, and completes tasks in an acceptable time frame.

Effectively prioritizes tasks or assignments based on the time and resources required in order to ensure that all tasks are completed on or prior to the deadlines.
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Contract negotiations, origination and management
Systems development experience (user acceptance testing, system testing and requirements gathering)
The pay range for this position is $30.00 -$39.58 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
