Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate for this position will support the Cybersecurity Program to assist with project initiatives. Projects included but not limited to are deploying cybersecurity tools and products to protect new and existing cyber services. The project manager will be a critical member Cybersecurity organization, partnering closely various teams, in supporting the enterprise, assist in managing the Cybersecurity objectives/tasks, prioritization of those objectives/tasks, cross domain support, and bringing process/project methodology.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with technology (enterprise and business-facing) leadership, across infrastructure domains, to understand roadmaps and identify risks of potential misalignment with strategy.
Analyze and report impact of shifting priorities within the Cybersecurity portfolio to accommodate agile business strategies.
Support Cybersecurity leaders with collaboration and communication across teams to ensure Cybersecurity initiatives are supported by business and technology stakeholders.
Manage various ad hoc projects required to ensure programs, processes, and service.
Define, clarify, and/or develop project scope definitions.
Assist in the design, development, and publishing of operational, performance and risk reduction dashboards.
Facilitate Cybersecurity program development between IT Operation Teams and Cybersecurity Operations and Technology though workshops, process design and optimization between the appropriate IT and business tower stakeholders.
Expert level in developing process, delivery metrics, critical success factors, and key performance indicators.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate activities with cross functional teams.
Organize and plan resources and deployment.
Track project status and provide leadership reporting.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Direct experience in project management and Analysis, specifically for Cybersecurity Portfolios.
Experience in leading various programs/portfolios, within Cybersecurity; IAM, vulnerabilities, policies, phishing, cross-domain, network, cloud, etc.
Expertise in successful project management; process coordination, standardization, prioritization, and delivery of sensitive communications across domains.
Experience keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working closely with leadership and stakeholders in a technology environment on business priorities/roadmaps
Must have a technical understanding of cybersecurity technologies, capabilities, and cyber terminology.
Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Project, developing project plans, and calculating earned value.
Must be within commuting distance of report to work location
Ability to communicate status with various stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Typically possesses three to five years of experience in managing large scale projects and use of associated management tools and techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop requirements, adhere to schedules, develop and execute project plans, meet deadlines, operate under tight time constraints. Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas and information to different audiences and levels.



Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.



Preferred:


PMP Certification
ITIL Certification
SharePoint Administration

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $45.00-53.43 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
