Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supporting Quality Assurance and Compliance activities and special project for Governance team. General support in strategic direction and initiatives, investigating AI and other automation tools to support the development of compliance narratives, controls and reporting. Will work with seasoned team of Sr. Advisors to make recommendations for improvements and efficiencies to support risk-identification, mitigation and testing. Work across the OU, supporting Programs and Services, Cusotmer Service Operations and collaborate with business partners in Ethics and Compliance



  • Participation and occasional leading of the development and implementation of strategic and tactical approaches for the overall Labor Relations Strategic Plan to include bargaining strategies



  • Gathering intelligence throughout the external labor relations environment in California and Washington DC, in order to present and discuss opportunities and obstacles which may be present



  • Works to identify potential/actual problem areas in the Company s labor relations practices. Recommends the resolution of various contractual issues with the unions. Manages various projects related to labor agreements. Directs research on collective bargaining agreements involving other companies. Partners with internal organizations as appropriate to develop and implement strategies and tactics to resolve issues between the Company and Unions





Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Project Management, analytical, strong written and verbal communication, strong negotiation and influencing skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, ability to see bigger-picture impacts and organizational priorities.



  • Bachelor s Degree





Preferred:


  • Strong Power BI, or Excel Skills, Word, PPT. Audit experience, Controls testing experience,





Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $55.00 73.80 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
