Roles and Responsibilities:
Coats ferrous and non-ferrous parts using chemical and electro-chemical plating and treating processes,
including: cadmium, copper, temper etch, white layer, anodizing, black oxide and hard chrome. Determines
from blueprint and EOS the process to be used, the amount of treatment desired and surfaces to be masked.
Plates various ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Loads and unloads parts. Visually inspects parts prior to
unloading, for suitable surface for plating and after plating for coverage and buildup.
Checks the functioning of equipment periodically during the process to estimate any additional plating time
required. Anodizes, dichromates and chrome pickles parts when volume of electro-plating does not require full
time. Masks parts when required. Plates or processes experimental and development parts. Has basic knowledge
of environmental regulations.
Keeps work area clean. Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
2-3 Years experience preferred
HS Diploma / GED
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $25.00-30.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
