Provides job plans for daily maintenance activities, prepares job packages, and provides planning assistance for ongoing Turnarounds in the Plant
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed mechanical maintenance schedules for refinery equipment.
Collaborate with maintenance and inspection teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of spare parts and resources.
Monitor and address deviations in the maintenance schedule.
Contribute to the improvement of maintenance planning processes.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required.
3 years of planning and/or maintenance experience in refining or a related industry required.
Experience using computer-based planning and scheduling tools required.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor s or higher-level degree in a related field preferred.
Planning experience in refinery maintenance and mechanical focus strongly preferred.
Experience working with Turnaround/Outage Planning and Scheduling

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $40.00 to $45.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
