Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

The PC Support Coordinator will be assisting the Global Service Desk by answering phones and generating tickets.


Provides technical support to increase computer user and system efficiency. Investigates and resolves computer user support requirements by answering questions about hardware and software. Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance and training to system user

Qualifications and Education Requirements:



*** Must have 3 years overall experience and have work experience with Windows 10.

  1. Trade school course completion, AA which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through four or more years of directly related experience or, may have a Bachelor's degree in related field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Quantitative Methods, etc.) and no prior directly related experience.



  2. Considerable knowledge and understanding of personal computer operations including networks (local and wide area), office application software packages, email, and PC operating systems.



  3. Ability to apply advanced skills in area of specialization.



  4. Ability to implement and effectively apply continuous improvement methods.



  5. Ability to adapt procedures, techniques, and/or processes to meet special needs.



  6. Ability to work on assignments that are complex where considerable judgement and initiative is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.



  7. Ability to manage several assignments simultaneously through prioritization, impact analysis, and recognition of skill levels required to complete the assignments.



  8. Ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and provide guidance to other personnel.



  9. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.



  10. Ability to respond to inquiries and to effectively communicate and present information.



  11. Must have good customer service and telephone skills.



  12. Must be able to work with other team members both locally and remote.



  13. Must have flexible work hours, if needed.



Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.



Preferred Skills:



Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $26.00-$32.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
