Job Description:

Pull raw data from SAP to analyze, interpret and format
Develop and implement monthly KPI reports related to Materials Management
Using Power BI, create data visualizations for use in reports to Management
Assist in the creation of a L48 Materials Management dashboard in Power BI
Assist in the creation of a L48 Materials Management SharePoint site
Maintain detailed spreadsheets tracking spend related to equipment fabrication
Perform monthly analysis on equipment fabrication spend. Produce reports for use in monthly meetings with Finance & Engineering
Work closely with others in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering & Finance to ensure materials and associated costs are properly tracked.
Create and analyze other ad hoc reports as needed
Enter material transfers in the system of record (SAP)
Assist with other MM related projects as needed.

Basic/Required:
3 plus years of inventory management experience
1 plus years of experience in SAP
1 plus years of experience with Oil & Gas production equipment
Intermediate Proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams & Outlook
Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to travel to field locations approximately 10% of the time as needed

Preferred:
5 plus years of inventory management experience
3 plus years of experience in SAP
Ability to work with minimal direction and a high degree of initiative
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Detail oriented
Ability to read, write and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy
Strong logic and analytical skills
Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking/priority setting skills

Education: HS Diploma/GED

Work Schedule: 9-80 Schedule (9Hr Days) - 5 days on / 2 days off

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
