Roles and Responsibilities
Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience 1-3 years
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail. Be able to work in a team-based environment and achieve goals with a "safety first" attitude. Demonstrate basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Manufacturing team of 10 people. One product line, about 2, 000 parts per year.
A fast-paced manufacturing environment, while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery. Must be able to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include bending, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Support all areas of the production area as required. Wear appropriate PPE.
Team player. Should have a strong work ethic and be organized and safety conscious.

- Sometimes overtime and weekends.
- 9/80 work schedule
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
