Job Description


Project Summary:

Located on Alaska s North Slope in the National Petroleum Reserve (NPR-A), the Willow project is estimated to produce 180, 000 barrels of oil per day at its peak. During construction, Willow is expected to create around 2, 500 jobs, with a majority of labor provided by union workers. The development is estimated to create 300 permanent jobs.

The economic impact of the Willow project will be sizable. According to BLM estimates, Willow could generate between $8 billion and $17 billion in new revenue for the federal government, the state of Alaska, the North Slope Borough, and local communities. The initial phase of Willow development will include a new Willow Central Processing Facility (WCF), three drill sites, pipelines, roads, bridges and supporting infrastructure.

The Willow project is spread over several phases and areas.

2023 2025 - Detailed Design
2023 2024 - WOC Fabrication
2025 2027 - WOC North Slope Installation and Commissioning
2025 2027 - WCF / DS Sealift Module Fabrication
2027 2029 WCF / DS North Slope Installation and Commissioning

Willow will be a greenfield design including all processing facilities, utilities, drilling equipment, camp, and power generation.

Your responsibilities may include:
Ensures the successful ongoing operations and maintenance of facilities.
Responsible for scheduling all maintenance work at production and support facilities.
Ensures the daily work status is captures and next day s schedule is reviewed and communicated with both operations and maintenance personnel.
Communicates with service providers to ensure their availability to meet the schedule needs.
Ensures work plans are completed in a timely manner, material is on-hand and the job is ready to be scheduled.

Qualifications
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience:

Senior level, typically 7 plus years of experience.
Provides more technical support than administrative support.
Typically viewed as a technical/functional specialist in discipline.
Ability to apply extensive knowledge and experience to a wide variety of situations.
Recommends solutions to complex problems.
Performs major accountabilities.
Typically acts as a lead in the technical/functional area, coordinating the work of others, but is not a supervisor.

Work Schedule:
9-80 Schedule (9Hr Days) - 5 days on / 2 days off

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
