Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Responsible for managing unplanned work orders; generating job plans including labor, material, equipment, and services; creating job packets for field execution; and continually improving job plans via updates based upon feedback.



  • Maintenance planning covers areas such as rotating equipment repair, piping fabrication and repair (including support tasks like insulation and scaffolding), carpentry, painting, QA/QC, Inspection, etc.



  • Manage the unplanned work order backlog by: Reviewing backlog and planning list.



  • Clarifying incomplete or poorly defined work notifications.



  • Grouping work orders and/or notifications together that can be planned and completed as a single order.



  • Determining appropriate degree of planning.



  • Complete job plans to ensure the safe and efficient execution of all maintenance work.



  • Identify and provide repair procedures as required (technical documents).



  • Define support for Production to prepare/tag equipment, special permits, PPE, etc.



  • Create job packets (as needed) which include: Job Plans, Technical documentation (e.G., photos, drawings, technical specifications, etc.) and Feedback form.



  • Build and validate job kits (transitional task).



  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Specialist in the timely execution of emergency or critical priority jobs.



  • Assist with optimization of spare parts inventory.



  • Build and maintain Bill of Materials (BoMs).



  • Identify jobs that require Management of Change (MoC).



  • Create purchase requisitions and reservations for necessary materials, equipment, or services and orders material.



  • Build task lists (job plan library) for recurring jobs.



  • Continually update task lists to ensure: necessary changes or improvements are incorporated and efficiencies are captured per job feedback forms.



  • Forward completed, ready-to-schedule and job packages to the Scheduler.

Qualifications and Education Requirements



High School Diploma or GED



Requirements:



  • 5+ years Maintenance Planning experience



  • Labor estimates and planning build of materials.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $69.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Work Schedule
: Mon-Thurs; 4/10 Days
