Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:
Operator to help operations with Rail Cars offloading.



Captures facility records and supporting documents per established SOPs. Maintains facility records / documentation as directed. Records and documentation include, but are not exclusive to: Stock Control, Waste / regulatory. Additives, Internal Controls. Driver Reports, Incident Investigations and training.

Performs Inventory Reconciliation, performs work to meet commitments for product shipments as directed. Takes direction from HO, LO, or SO.

May coordinate with supply schedulers, regulatory agencies as necessary, and transporters as needed.
Complies with all operating procedures, regulatory (local, state federal), training and operating requirements, and Control of Work practices.

Assists HO, LO and SO in Training contractors directed.

As directed, may certify / recertify drivers on loading operations. Rail Car offloading.

Performs inspections and maintenance to ensure proper operation, and environmental integrity per direction of Head, Lead or Senior Operator.

Initiates corrective action(s) to correct/address deviations/gaps.

Arranges for or performs repairs.

Schedules, directs and/ or performs maintenance activities as needed.

Executes preventative maintenance plan.

Performs activities in the tank yard and Tank Truck Loading Rack (TTLR) areas. Activities include, but are not exclusive to:

Gauging tanks

Performing water drains (tank roof and bottom)

Switching tanks

Discharging storm water

Sealing meters and fittings

Performing daily inspections.

Performing intra-terminal product movements.

Assisting drivers.

Performs product blending, sampling, and testing.

Ensures all products meet specifications by monitoring and maintaining equipment and documentation. As directed by HO, LO, or SO

May notify stakeholders when product integrity issues arise.

Takes appropriate actions to secure non-conforming product. Works to correct / address product integrity issues.

May train or mentor employees as directed by HO, LO or SO, including, but not exclusive to:

Procedures

Equipment

Annual /refresher training

Regulatory / compliance

OE Processes

Corporate Initiatives

Competency observations

Completes assigned training on time.

Qualifications and Education Requirements



High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must have FRC Clothing and Steel toe boots.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.


Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $40.00-$45.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
