Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued. Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective ones. Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.

Specific Description:

Support Apache Fire Control (AFC) Depot support facility (DSF) operations in the areas of packaging, handling, storage, transportation, receiving, and inventory management. Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued. Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective ones. Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts. This job will be located offsite at the Depot Support Facility (Tradeport Drive), Orlando Fl.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Basic Required Qualifications:

Minimum HS Diploma / GED

Safety shoes

Experience using a forklift and/or pallet stacker

Prior warehousing experience

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)

Able to work effectively in a team environment

Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance

Valid U.S. Driver s license

Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical

Ability to pass a transportation examination

Ability to operate a box truck with a gross vehicle weight up to 26, 000 lbs. (non-CDL) with 40 lbs. Lift gate



Desired Skills:

Experience packaging items for shipment to both commercial and military standards

Experience working in shipping/receiving warehouse operations

Prior experience utilizing inventory management software

Basic understanding of U.S. Army supply operations

Experience driving a 24ft box truck with lift gate

Prior military experience

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $20.00-24.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
