Job Description


Position Summary:
The CMM Programmer takes ownership of the performance of the CMM area, including ensuring reliable inspection results in a timely manner and proper upkeep of the area and equipment, with minimum supervision. The role requires a strong partnership with quality team members, operations, and engineering.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Willing to learn how to operate within Calypso software - must be computer savvy
Willing to operate a crane to load and unload hardware
Willing to learn how to operate a hand-held CMM - attend training as needed
Ability to learn how to set up and perform CMM operations
Knowledge, skill, and ability to perform visual inspection, as well as work with inspection equipment (i.E., comparators, micrometers, etc.) based on work instruction and specification requirements
Willingness to perform other related job tasks to support the value stream
Willing to support occasional overtime as workload dictates
Support receiving and final inspection duties, as required
Maintain a clean and well-organized work area



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
May be required to lift up to 35 lbs.
Utilize good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work effectively as a participative team member
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass a vision exam
Prior CMM experience *is preferred

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $20-$30 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
