Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to augment the payroll team administratively. The purpose of this role is to be the "Voice of HR" and the first point of contact for all of Moog (US) for issues and inquiries regarding any HR discipline. Generalists are responsible for ensuring all employees, managers, and HR team inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, cost-effective, and timely manner. ("WOW Service")

Roles and Responsibilities:

Employee Support Generalists are trained in all functions of HR and know when to escalate an issue/situation to a Specialist for quick resolution. The Generalists will understand the metrics by which success is measured and the standards the Employee Support Team strive to achieve. Essential job functions: 1.Manages the resolution of all types of level 1 HR issues and questions (Voice, Email, IM, Mail, Fax, Chat) on time with a high degree of accuracy and committed to delivering "WOW" service 2.Works within established policies, procedures and performance criteria for delivering Employee Support services 3.Continuously identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to improve the cost, quality and timeliness of the service delivery 4.Completes required training and demonstrates the imparted knowledge, skills and competencies from the training into the on-the job performance across all functions of HR 5.Demonstrates the ability to analyze calls and know when to escalate issues 6.Each team member will have a specific area of primary responsibility for tactical support, i.E. Payroll, learning and development, compensation, etc., but will be expected to have knowledge across all disciplines of HR 7.Use Case Management System and Knowledge Base to effectively respond to employee issues

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Required skills: 1.Associates Degree in Business or HR 2.Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in HR 3.Service or Call Center experience preferred 4.Detail oriented with demonstrated excellent attention to customer service and committed to delivering "WOW service 5.Ability to handle confidential / service data with discretion and strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of earning the respect, confidence and trust of managers and employees 6.Maintains composure at all times with professional telephone etiquette and train the other Generalists to respond in the same manner, practicing attentive listening and demonstrating patience

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $20.00-23.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
