Roles and Responsibilities:
In 24 buildings on the project perform janitorial as follows
59 Offices 1 hour each
55 Cubicles 15 minutes each
61 Public Bathrooms 1 hour each
15 Conference Rooms 1 hour each longer if items were left behind after a meeting
20 Kitchens 45 minutes
16 Kitchenettes 30 minutes each
38 Beds/Bedrooms 1 hour each
10 Break rooms 30 minutes each
2 Laundry Rooms 1 hour each
When in use This does not include the time it takes to wash and fold laundry
3, 1 Bedroom Apartments 2 hours to clean
2, 2 bedroom Apartments 3 to clean
Cookhouse Lodging 6 hours to clean
Old Guesthouse Dormitory 8 hours to clean
Redinger House 6 hours to clean
Cedar House 4 hours to clean
Included within the 24 buildings we also have
Clubhouse
Cookhouse
Ice Room
Hanger
Warehouse
Carpenter s Shop when necessary
Fitness Center
Dispatch (has two bathrooms, fitness center, kitchen and large office)
Normally there are two shifts serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner that would consist 2 cooks and 1 helper per shift.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physically demanding work including:
o Lifting, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for long periods of time
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Good knowledge of cleaning methods and sanitation practices
Ability to take and follow directions
Ability to prepare nutritious meals for both small and large groups
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to perform physically demanding work including:
o Lifting, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for long periods of time
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Good knowledge of cleaning methods and sanitation practices
Ability to take and follow directions
Ability to prepare nutritious meals for both small and large groups
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $18.00-$20.35 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
