Client:
The oil and gas client you will be working for is one of the world's leading energy companies, with approximately 60, 000 employees working in countries around the world. We explore, produce and transport crude oil and natural gas; refine, market and distribute fuels and other energy products; manufacture and sell petrochemical products; generate power; and develop future energy resources, including biofuels and geothermal energy.
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule:
Workhours 5/80
Overtime required as needed.
One year contract with opportunity for extension based on job performance, business needs, etc.
Job Duties:
Properly receive, store manage inventory and ship finished lubricant products
Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer
Properly store items within assigned locations within the warehouse
Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to leads/supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum (2) years warehouse-related/forklift experience (REQUIRED)
Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability
Computer skills
Attention to detail
Self-motivated and a team player
Good time management skills
Recent warehouse/forklift experience REQUIRED
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (REQUIRED)
Please Note:
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $19-21 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
