We are looking for self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Fleet Coordinator within our Domestic Onshore Supply Chain Management organization based in Midland, TX.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration preferred) or equivalent work experience
The pay range for this position is $30.00-$40.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Fleet Coordinator within our Domestic Onshore Supply Chain Management organization based in Midland, TX.
- Create and update purchase requisitions from requests initiating from proponents and fleet manager. Keep track of on-going status of requisition requests validating the purchase orders are created and issued.
- Generate goods receipts and goods issues for fleet inventory when physically received and when ready to issue out to requestors.
- Maintain inventory cycle counts on fleet inventory.
- Create new Material ID requests for when new types of fleet inventory are required.
- Work with accounts payable and supply chain supplier support team to troubleshoot any invoicing issues within the fleet orders.
- Review and validate fleet invoices align with pricing in current contract.
- Update fleet management system weekly with submitted driver and fleet data updates.
- Gather information from proponents bi-annually and update the fleet management system accordingly.
- Update in fleet management tool and communicate any changes or updates to HSE team on GEOTab units tied to fleet inventory.
- Request, organize, and distribute new and existing updates for fuel cards to drivers.
- Organizes and assists in distributing new vehicles including the fuel card, fleet management maintenance program paperwork, registration and plates, and keys.
- Supports and assists with vehicle registration and delays and issues working with the fleet management team as well as the local city/county DMV.
- Supports and assists with title updates and replacements with the fleet management team as well as the local city/county DMV.
- Supports vehicle disposal process coordinating with the fleet management team and auction companies.
- Delivers and picks up vehicles from vendor locations when required.
- Manages, runs, and analyzes fleet team reports. Requiring skills in excel including VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities.
- Participate in Supplier Performance Meetings for fleet team.
- Pre-qualifying new and re-qualify existing Suppliers, while assuring full compliance with the HES Contractor Safety Program, while securing supply of services.
- Providing support to other contract managers and assisting in managing contracts including various categories such as fluid hauling, logistics, compression, valve servicing, and pipeline inspection and corresponding Procurement Strategies for domestic oil and gas assets. Contract management responsibilities include executing new contracts, term extensions, commercial amendments, terminating non-utilized contracts, and securing supply of services.
Preparing, submitting, and negotiating with Legal s support the contract terms and conditions (master service agreements, commercial terms, and purchase orders, etc.).
Driving the collaboration efforts with business and functional leadership in establishing and executing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Advanced knowledge (2-5 years experience) of supply chain or fleet management
- Knowledge (and application) of Inventory, Procurement Policy, Authorized Approvals, Ethical Business Conduct Policy
- Basic knowledge of fleet management
- Basic knowledge of oil and gas basic operations and equipment
- Strong communication skills to interface effectively across functions including Interface with Accounts Payable (invoicing) and Proponents (requisition approvals and fleet requests)
- Excellent proficiency in time management and ability to assess and assign priorities accurately
- Demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with direct team members, work independently with little instruction and adapt to change
- Excellent customer service & complaint management
- Presentation and training skills
- Ability to display judgement and make decisions independently
- Knowledge of Companies ERP Systems (SAP and Ariba)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
