Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment. Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time. Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. Produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). Will use computer in performance of analyses and development of documentation/reports. May conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis. Maintains effective customer communications and relations.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Basic Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma (no Bachelor s Degree required)

Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Knowledge of JIRA software

Be able to effectively communicate with Customer, Program team and other functional departments

Works under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

This position requires that you must be a US Citizen for consideration



Desired Qualifications:

Associates Degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, avionics discipline

Training/combined experience in electronics field may be substituted

Military training/combined experience in electronics field

Combined degree and experience preferred

Ability to read Engineering Drawings (1-2 years experience)

Data Acquisition (1-2 years experience)

Electronic Testing (1-2 years experience)

Read Electrical Schematics (1-2 years experience)



Need technically inclined individual to provide technical support. No degree required but technical schooling would be beneficial to the position. Ability to obtain secret clearance while on contract.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $20.00-21.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
