Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee, manage and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence
Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes
Provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management
Develop, recommend, and implement property management policy
Prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as property and material reviews, physical inventory planning, contract accountable government furnished property (GFP), PIEE GFP module status, and other ad-hoc reports, as needed
Conduct property surveillance reviews at supplier and subcontractor sites
Provide various material and tagged asset reports
Coordinate annual physical inventory activity with Program and Functional area PFPs (Property Focal Points)
High level of interaction with both internal and external customers
Assist in Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews
Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, and PFPs to ensure accountability of assets is maintained
Assist suppliers and subcontractors in the property management life cycle recovery plans, as needed
Assist and provide guidance to other team members, as necessary
Stockroom (SR) personnel is responsible for receiving material into stock, maintaining proper inventory control, issuing material to production floor as requested and per a schedule, relabeling material as information changes, and supporting the current mission supporting analysis of current processes to determine effectiveness, and creating written recommendations for increasing efficiency and effectiveness. This is to include some of the following duties:
SR personnel receives material from receiving inspection or production floor inspection.
Prior to performing a transaction to receive the material, SR personnel will verify the part number and quantity. Once verified, the material will be moved to a physical location.
SR will receive work orders via email to fulfill by performing a transaction to issue the material and delivering to the production floor or shipping department, depending on the request.
In addition, SR may be tasked with picking up or delivering to the vendor, tracking shelf-life of material that expires, auditing kits and material locations, cleaning the SR, packing and preparing materials for shipping, monitoring the acceptance log, updating the status on a weekly basis.
Assist in A3 projects such as Cell 1 process improvement for the reduction of overall time material is kitted and built.
Provide support to other SR personnel to ensure priorities are completed first; e.G. To speed up requirements needed on the production floor such as kits, CCA boards, and issuing material.
Place orders for the stockroom personnel for required material such as ESD bags, totes, and other material. Continuously support prototype builds for AARGM-ER by constantly swapping out material as required by the manufacturing Engineers or assemblers.
Submit the weekly status report for the other SR members.
Build kits according to the Manufacturing Orders sent from Planner, ensuring material accuracy by conducting checks and balances before delivering to the floor.
Replenish floor on VMI when requested on the production floor.
Expedite material to shipping to send to other facilities or manufacturer/supplier.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
HS Diploma OR GED required
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $22.00-29.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
