Responsibilities:
Relying on your deep understanding of global end-to-end supply chain operations, you will be
responsible for export operations: end-to-end coordination and delivery of research samples.
Using your strong knowledge of distribution, transportation, supply chain processes, and 3rd
Party Logistics, you will manage various internal and external partners to ensure timely
processing and on-time delivery of research samples.
This will include, thorough evaluation of requests, determination of optimal routing, and preparation of samples in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, both in the U.S. And in countries abroad.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills will serve you well, as you will be each regions,
single point of contact for export orders.
Utilizing your strong working knowledge of SAP R/3 and proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, you will process customer orders, as well as develop and generate weekly global reports to
provide status on all open orders and order types.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills will aid you in identifying and implementing
continuous improvements, conducting trend analysis, managing KPIs and providing order status
updates and reporting of same, to stakeholders.
Your deep knowledge of the order fulfillment process will allow you to set priorities across the
value chain, as well as propose streamlined processes in efforts to continuously simplify
processes and reduce lead times.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma/GED
Requirements:
Agriculture courses preferred.
Agriculture and/or agricultural research experience preferred.
Experience with operating small farm equipment is helpful.
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Pay Rate: The pay range for this position is $28.00 29.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8: 00 am 5 pm, Will be onsite to start, hybrid once trained.
