Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
-Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
-Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
-File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
-Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
-Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
-Making copies, compiling them into binders, and distributing to team members
-Enter data into database
-Will perform Expediting tasks
-Approving items in internal database
Skills:
-Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
-Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
-Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. -Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education/Experience:
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $24.00-$25.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

- High school diploma or GED required. 3+ years experience required.
- Applicant must be comfortable working in an industrial/refinery environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills and adapt to changing needs when priorities shift
- Ability to use discretion and judgment in handling of confidential and sensitive business information
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with a diverse team
- Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively and perform multiple tasks with limited supervision
