Location: This position is 100% remote.

What is the primary mission of this role?
Perform critical job duties for the EHS operation and analytics team within Enablon and other EHS applications/systems

What are the main functions of this role?

Company is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Analyst with experience in managing an online EHS Management system, such as Enablon or Cority. Candidate should have advanced knowledge in excel and other Microsoft applications and must be a self-starter, energetic and able to work in a fast-pace collaborative team environment.

The selected candidate will have an opportunity to be a part of a large Environment, Health & Safety organization supporting both Domestic and International Company sites and collaborating with a large team of EH&S staff. The position is 40 hours a week with a duration of 12-24 months. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to maintaining an online EHS management system, creating/maintaining EHS reports and dashboards, assisting with EHS data and metrics requests, and supporting the EHS SharePoint page. Candidate should have strong communications skills with the ability to interact with site EHS teams, EHS leadership, and all levels of management.


Roles and Responsibilities:
EHS related duties may include and is not limited to:

Providing Enablon End-user support to Company employees and EHS staff
Working on enhancement requests in Enablon and testing functionality
Identifying Enablon system bugs and adding tracks tickets
Data Analysis: Assisting with analysis of monthly metrics. Build dashboards/reports to efficiently display progress toward Company goals. Communicate progress to diverse internal audiences.
Maintaining Company s compliance module within Enablon
Completing data mapping between systems (requires Excel)
Managing data through use of dashboards including Enablon, Power BI, Qlik Sense or other dashboarding systems
Creating and delivering training to EHS staff on Enablon modules or other applications
Preparing Power Point, Excel, Word presentations for Leadership or Operating Review type meetings
Supporting Microsoft Sharepoint development and restructuring for Company EHS team Rshare harmonization efforts
Analysis of leading and lagging safety performance indicators for trends to drive corrective actions
Support projects as necessary, including but not limited to, EHS website and SharePoint maintenance, background research, data/information gathering and review, implementation, and monitoring/reporting of results.
Maintaining existing reports/dashboards within Enablon to ensure accuracy of data.
Organizing and maintaining spreadsheets


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required Skill Sets: Must be well-organized and have excellent attention to detail and thoroughness with accomplishing tasks from inception through completion in a multi-tasking environment and demonstrate effective prioritization and implementation skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English to a wide audience, including management and leadership Must meet project deadlines and schedules. Must have effective public speaking skills and able to present/deliver training to large audiences. Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, but will not hesitate to ask for more-information from supervisors or peers so that task can be completed correctly Must be computer proficient including the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications for creating and modifying documents, collaborating through Teams/Zoom and accessing/using the internet Advanced Excel skills: functions, macros, index match, VLOOKUP Be flexible to accept additional assignments

Desired Skill Sets: Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English to a wide audience. Must be computer proficient including the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications for creating and modifying documents, collaborating through Teams/Zoom and accessing/using the internet Experience with data management systems (Enablon, Power BI, QLik Sense) Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Experienced in developing and conducting creative EHS training. Well-developed presentation skills Computer science or engineering background Data analysis of leading and lagging performance indicators Self-motivated Experience in data analytics

Years of Experience Required (if any): 1 to 3 years experience Education Level Required: A four-year degree in a Computer Sciences, Engineering, EHS, or related degree.

How will the contractor s success be measured?: Goals achieved Work execution: # of Project s/large assignments completed. Work Quality Team Collaboration Employee Attitude and Morale Culture: Hybrid environment. Many tasks require working independently, but others will require collaboration with our customers or EHS teams across the business.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $30.00-33.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
