Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $30-$33 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required, minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Job Description
The Document Control Administrator will provide support to planners and coordinators on upcoming year s schedules and create and input data into SharePoint folders. Organize working and completed folders in SharePoint. Update spreadsheets as work tasks are started, progressed, and completed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect/coordinate getting all required signatures so Jobs can progress.
- Send out weekly updates for Operation Mitigations and Training Past Due, to be done.
- GSAP
- Create WO s.
- Get updated estimates from contractor and create PO s.
- Increase/Decrease POs as needed.
- Work with finance to close out WOs and POs as jobs are completed.
- Send emails to finance to start the SOFA process on completed jobs.
- Review standing scaffold list for Program Jobs.
- Perform any tasks requested by Coordinators and Supervisors.
- Maintain Monthly OSHA Logs
- Order supplies for department (50+ personnel) and keep supply closets stocked and organized.
- Order computers, and other accessories as needed.
- Manage permissions and edit web pages in SharePoint for multiple disciplines.
- Assist in planning and coordinating team building events.
- RADIOS
- Keep the building distribution list and accountability list updated.
- Assist with scheduling meetings/appointments.
- Check building mailbox and deliver mail to recipients.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
