A Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, arranging and inventory management for 2000 Direct Served customers. Responsibilities also include dispatching Jet fuel to direct served Aviation sites.
Position requires an individual who is flexible, organized, and a team player. Must possess great communication and customer service skills. Must be able to perform under pressure of time constraints and multitask.
Special Considerations - We are a 365 day a year operation; therefore, must be able to work a schedule that often includes weekends, holidays, and PM shift. This position is on a 4/10 rotating work schedule. We offer a hybrid schedule with Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office and the remaining workdays at home.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Dispatches over 300 Direct Served loads daily.
Monitors and resolves inventory issues for 1700 Forecasted stations
Closely Liaisons with customers, carriers, and operations partners.
Receives and handles customers inquires and complaints.
Coordinates with Transportation Specialist in securing optimal number of transports.
Run daily support reports, analyze data, and react to changes in sales fluctuations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of commercial dispatch or gasoline inventory management experience
Strong analytical skills, with proven record of innovative problem solving
High degree of digital proficiency
Ability to quickly learn new software, upgrades, and procedures
Ability to initiate process improvements.
Effective Leadership skills
Effective and professional communications
Effective interpersonal, customer service and teamwork skills dealing with internal and
external customers
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to
detail
Self stater
Demonstrates a reliable work history.
Must have the ability to work a rotating schedule that often includes weekends,
holidays and PM shift as needed.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $26.00 32.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
