Evaluate existing technology to support changes in business requirements.
Establish and communicate procedures for proper utilization of digital and technical solutions
Assist in onboarding, training, and supporting business team members with IT technical needs
Understand how applications and technologies are utilized within the business.

Data analytics and reporting
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IS/IT or related function
2 + Years of full time experience in a similar role
PC support with strong troubleshooting capabilities
Awareness of Cyber Security best practices
Direct experience with server administration
Strong interpersonal skills, able to relate well with all levels of the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management abilities
Customer service focused
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
Provide after-hour technical support as needed
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Preferred Skills:
Industry recognized IT certifications
Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile practices
Experience with MS Power BI, Data Flows, Data Marts
Experience with MS Power Automate
Expertise with simple to complex SQL queries
This position may also be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services as needed:

Engineering Systems
Business Systems (ERP/MRP other)
Pay Range:
The salary range for this position is $68, 000__ - $ 80, 000__ per year; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
