Candidate will work on site fulltime

Candidate will be responsibly for accurately entering information into database and assist with other clerical duties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Entering data into database or excel.
Scanning, copying, organizing, and stamping paper work.
Prepare, fax and confirm documents.
Assist with any other office duties as required.


Must have high school diploma

Experience working in a role that requires exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).

Proposed resource must have exceptional organization skills and an ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Proposed resource must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast paced environment

1 year plus of experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Proposed resource must have data entry experience

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $16-20 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
