Customer Service Analyst position at a lubricant blending and packaging facility. Primary focus is on ensuring flawless delivery of packaged goods to customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Interfaces with production planner, scheduler, third party logistics, operations and ordering units to meet customer package demands.
Responsible to notify all ordering units of package customer service failures.
Plant contact for package product availability.
Responsible for researching/responding to plant related package customer complaints.
Responsible for the logistics related to processing of customer orders.
Coordinates with sales staff, dispatchers, customer service representatives, warehouse staff and shipping/receiving.
Answers inquiries from customers and investigates complaints regarding services and policies.
Input, update and consolidate ETA/shipping data and send to appropriate business units.
Analyzes load information from customers in order to determine and verify the appropriate routes, rates, and schedules. Coordinates shipment schedules with vendors.
Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
This position would typically include senior Logistics/Shipments Coordinators with extensive prior experience.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
College degree in related field or High School Diploma with at least 3 years experience.
Attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Problem solving.
Customer service.
Strong communication skills as this position will be contact point for government officer.
Familiarity/Proficiency with computer systems.
Logical thinking skills for logistics optimization and improvement to the work process.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
