Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain professional demeanor and act with integrity with all levels of the organization.
Provide primary support to PSSC Single Program Manager and AF Director leadership.
Plan and provide logistical support to PSSC Single Program Manager and AF Director leadership, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating lunch meetings.
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for communications, reporting, presentations and other various tasks (i.E. Coordinate calendars and meetings, assembling presentations, documenting processes and knowledge sharing).
Ability to protect and maintain confidential information.
Administer Data Management principles on CDRL and SDRL information within SharePoint, Teamcenter, and other tooling to ensure data integrity through audit processes.
Possess strong communication skills and be able to communicate with the prime customer and supplier personnel, to support submittals and delivery activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability - Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices. Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex professional tasks.
Problem Solving - Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies.
Discretion/Latitude - Performs complex tasks and participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plan schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
Impact - Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization.
Experience in technical editing and writing and have strong writing and editing skills, including ability to manipulate usage and grammar.
Experienced in file configuration management.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:


Associate degree and minimum 4 years administrative support experience
Experience working with government customers
Understanding of government operations in accessing and processing SEIC/CAC/DBIDS/JIRA/CDRLVue Access
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Candidate must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Advanced proficiency in business and travel expense system (Concur or similar)



Preferred:

Bachelor degree and 7 years administrative support experience
Ability to exercise good judgment while demonstrating flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, managing schedule conflicts, and providing excellent follow-through
Demonstrates outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in business and travel expense system (Concur, Edge, or similar) with complex, frequently changing travel
Experience participating and hosting in-person and remote video teleconference meetings (such as MS Teams)



Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $35.00-$37.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
