Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Graphics Production Email In-box as well as Phone Calls.
2. Handle requests for "District Tags" and rubber stamps; create new orders; and send to Vendor and track orders.
3. Handle requests for stationery (business cards, letterhead, envelope) orders; create new orders; and send to Vendor and track orders.
4. Perform support duties and assist other Coordinators, as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Associate s degree
Experience in copy, print or graphic design production is preferred.
Detail-oriented
Three or more years of experience as a Coordinator or Analyst
Good communication skills written and oral
Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple and conflicting interests
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Competency using a variety of computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in copy, print or graphic design production is preferred.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $25.00-$38.22 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
