Roles and Responsibilities:
Looking for a Cleaning Coordinator to join our team. You will report directly to the Section Supervisor and be responsible for the following:
Coordinating the day-to-day work activities of a cleaning staff of up to 20 people.
Provide coaching and training to new and current cleaning staff on cleaning procedures and proper use of cleaning supplies/equipment.
Ensure that all required company training is completed in a timely manner.
Coordinate and schedule cleaning staff vacation and time off.
Verifies and approve Cleaner s weekly timecards.
Monitor performance and behavior of the Cleaners and escalate any issues to the Section Supervisor.
Assist the Section Supervisor in performance discussions as necessary.
Communicate supply and equipment needs to the Section Supervisor.
Maintain storage of cleaning supplies/equipment.
Communicate cleaning plan and schedule across multiple levels and disciplines.
Perform cleaning duties as necessary based on staffing level.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Temp to perm opportunity.
3rd shift hours 10pm-6am Sunday- Thurs.
10% shift differential added to the base for third shift
To be successful in this role you must have:
A High School Diploma or equivalent AND 5 years of cleaning experience with demonstrated leadership/supervision experience
Strong interpersonal skills for daily interface with cleaning personnel, management, and customers
A demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely communicate to staff, management, customers.
Maintain composure and professionalism when dealing with difficult personalities
A demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable when unplanned changes occur in staffing, equipment availability, etc.
A demonstrated ability to change focus and direction with little to no warning.
The pay range for this position is $22.00-24.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
