Trading Center of Excellence is looking for a contractor to fill the role of change analyst;
The Change Management Analyst will work with the Global Change Management Team, Global Advisors, Trading COE Analysts, and Project Managers to address/handle the tasks listed in the deliverables below.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder engagement includes building visible sponsorship and having a coordinated approach to engage stakeholders. Manage stakeholder engagement plans and trackers and monitor for issues to be addressed.
Communication includes multiple channels for targeted product line and project information and announcements. Define and conduct communication plans, develop communication content, monitor communication channels.
Change readiness includes change/transition planning (eg. Change impact assessment, change risk management, business readiness), change champion network, competency development (eg. End user training and desk guides), shaping and reinforcing desired behaviors, and measuring the effectiveness of the change (eg. Benefits realization, end user surveys).
Utilize existing toolkit and templates for change management, communications, stakeholder engagement.
Applicants should have the following skills and experience:
Change Management Stakeholder management, communication planning and content development, behavioral change readiness and risk management, end user training.
Global teaming Flexibility with occasional early morning or evening calls, transparency, effective use of Microsoft Teams applications
Digital communication SharePoint site design, video editing using Microsoft 365 apps, Workplace posts
Organization tracking multiple deliverables across regions and functions, attention to detail, meeting deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to work with various levels in the organization
Required Qualifications:
College Degree preferred
3-5 years direct experience in Change Management within oil and gas industry preferred
Education: HS Diploma/GED with 10 years experience in direct related role; Bachelor s degree preferred
Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Schedule: 9/80 (Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - Office & Monday and Friday Remote (no exceptions)
