Position: Cenergy Team Foreman

This position is in the Warehouse area of a Lubricants Plant. The position serves as Cenergy s team foreman providing oversight to a group of Material Handlers within a warehouse setting.

EXPERIENCE:
Qualified candidates must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of ability to do the work of this position which includes 5 years of progressive warehouse/material handling experience. Evidence which demonstrates candidate possesses the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of this position must be supported by detailed descriptions of such on the resume.
JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee and participate actively within a warehouse environment as Cenergy s team lead/material handler level III, store and issue materials, equipment and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. Job Responsibilities: Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer. Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas. Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. Provide assistance and direction to other Cenergy stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers. Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely manage, perform, and oversee work reliably and with integrity.
Interpret work instructions and job specifications.
Lead and Supervise Cenergy workers as designated.
Handle Materials and assist where needed within various warehouse departments (packaging, warehouse, grease, etc.).
Professionally represent the client and company interests to workers and field employees at all times.
Serve as Cenergy s team lead for Cenergy s staff in the warehouse/plant by orchestrating shifts, rotations, recording attendance, performance, assisting with performance improvement plans, training, badging and all other site requirements including training, orientations and offboarding of personnel.
Assist with daily entries into badging and timekeeping systems for warehouse/plant population.
Aid in the distribution and inventory of PPE for staff. Assist when needed in the ordering and maintenance of PPE and office supplies within program office.
Support monthly safety initiatives including attending safety forums, complete and lead training online and in person.
Serve as designated team within the Site Safety Plan/Incident Protocol to assist in the event of an emergency which may include transporting workers to medical facilities nearby.

SKILLS:
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with analytical and problem-solving ability. Team player and detail oriented. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security and safety operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required.
5-7 years job experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work involves considerable walking, pushing, and pulling a variety of carts and materials handling equipment within a plant warehouse environment. Works offloading and loading trucks, lifting products on and off-shelves, handling boxes frequently weighing over 40 pounds.
