Job Description


Involved in strategy and capital alternative development and analysis at centralized HQ groups, as well as those strategy and business planning roles within the Strategic Planning group. The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Team is focused on enabling Company to deliver energy to the world needs, supporting enterprise objectives, and working in boundaryless ways to help the enterprise win in any environment. RESPONSIBILITES: This base business role collaborates with leadership and business teams to build aspirational goals, strategic objectives, and performance targets. Responsible for facilitating work execution planning sessions using the Agile framework. Responsible for gap-to-goal analysis and co-planning to close target achievement gaps. Assists with CRE data quality and information object continuous improvement efforts that contribute to business plan inputs and outputs. Expected to take reasonable risks, function in multiple roles on niche business optimization teams, and to enable enterprise-wide cross functional ways of working. Will collaborate frequently with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Product Owners who provide the business direction to the IT platform product line developers. Responsible to translate CRE digital strategies, targets, and aspirations to internal teams, and to assist them in the removal of data quality barriers.


REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field required.
4-7 years of experience required in a relevant role within energy industry
Technical Skills: Demonstrated understanding of business data analysis methods and toolsets, and the ability to aggregate high quality data from repositories that enables leadership to make informed business decisions. Able to gather, consolidate, scrub, and analyze data from multiple datasets to provide trending and outcome forecasting. Experience in sharing business strategies, aspirational goals, and performance targets to teams and small audiences. Ability to coordinate and perform gap-to-goal analysis and to facilitate plans for gap closure. Ability to easily adapt to business direction pivots and to motivate teams to do the same to achieve the best business outcomes.
Master level skillset of Office365 products (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word)
Comfortable operating in simultaneous roles in a team-of-teams, cross-functional environment that requires a partnership mindset and executing work using primarily the Agile framework. Quick learner and demonstrated growth mindset. Experience with workflow optimization. Able to articulate the case for transforming workflows and processes into business systems automation.
Understanding of how systems of record interface with operation workflows and how their data is used across the business value stream. Understanding of business system connectors and the elements of space and people data.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field required.
- 4-7 years experience required.

PAY RANGE:
The starting pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
