Manages Email Inboxes
Update and Track recurring tasks
Performs work order data analysis and update databases
Generates reports
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. The candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis with the ability to gather, document, analyze and draw conclusions on data and information. The candidate will possess three to five years of experience in the field of analysis. Responsible for developing strategies that support business need for efficient and effective use of best practices.Identify requirements, approach, solutions, costs, risks and options to address business need. Lead implementation activities of an initiative, application or feature set. Responsible for project documentation including definition, requirements, conversion, testing, implementation and training. Able to priorities initiatives by assessing business value for effort and develop options. Collaborates with vendor to understand product direction, release strategy, and timeframe. Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures and products.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs ( PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify issues and come up with data-driven solutions
Top 5 required skills set:
1)Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
2) SAP knowledge
3)Typing Speed 45wpm
4) Review, validate and enter data
5) Manipulate documents between applications.
Industry experience: Utility/ Energy, Computer Technology, Construction, Manufacturing, Quality
Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience
Soft skills: Time Management: effectively prioritizes tasks to ensure on-time completion; Organization keeps track of work multiple tasks and creates a system that supports time management.; Ability to communicate effectively: conveys findings clearly and communicates information accurately and timely.; Attention to detail: can identify errors and gaps in data.; Collaborative: ability to build relationships with team
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $30.00-$35.40 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
