Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

The position requires handling high volume of complex clerical work and responding to request for enrollment of thousands of customers into programs managed by the Customer Generation group. The resources must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, continually changing, and high-pressure environment.

The resource will serve as Company s processor of customers eligibility verification and information regarding Enhanced Community Renewable programs. The resource will work with program managers and maintain regular communication and contact regarding daily tasks and customer eligibility and enrollment questions or concerns. The resource should be comfortable performing routine tasks and maintain composure while processing high-volume customer eligibility and enrollment requests.
Resource should also be familiar with SAP, Microsoft Office applications, in particular, Excel to track and maintain customer eligibility and enrollment information.
The successful candidate will primarily begin their assignment with daily customer account verification of eligibility and process account enrollment. The candidate should remain flexible and open to new assignments within the scope of this job description. Other tasks and duties such as:
Provide support to Customer Generation Program Senior Specialists with program related tasks such as administrative tasks;
Generate reports and support basic data analysis.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Associate's Degree

Resolves a variety of conventional problems, questions, or situations in conformance with defined criteria, practice, or protocol. Limited latitude to deviate without approval from management.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.



Preferred Skills:



Resource with program and customer service background highly desired. Ability to: Critical Thinking, Detail Oriented, Resolution Oriented, Resourceful, and be comfortable with asking questions.



Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $20.00-$22.19 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
